Small Business Relief Grant Application – The city will fill the Small Business Assistance Fund 2.0 with $5 million. These funds will help support small businesses as they continue to recover.
The replenishment of the fund will reopen applications for the Small Business Support Fund, which was originally launched in April 2020 and reopened in September 2021. The Fund will close new applications on Friday, April 15, 2022 at 5 p.m.

Businesses can apply for one or both grants. These funds can only be used for expenditure incurred between 3 March 2021 – 31 December 2024.

We will prioritize funding businesses in areas most affected by Covid-19 related closures, policies or general loss of revenue. We also want to support businesses that want to expand in 2021 and beyond. These include but are not limited to:
All applicants will be considered for one or two grants. We will allocate grants primarily on the basis of the budget included in the application. Businesses will be able to apply for a support grant or a development grant, or both.
The business will need to provide adequate documentation to prove the use of these funds within 90 days of the grant.
All applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for a grant. We will not process incomplete applications.

The Riverside County Office of Economic Development is pleased to announce that small businesses affected by the COVID-19 pandemic can apply for a $2,500 grant, according to specific criteria.
The purpose of the Riverside County Small Business Assistance Grant Program is to provide relief to small businesses and entrepreneurs located throughout the county.
Applications for qualifying small businesses will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
