Small Business Grant Application Online – The City of Citrus Heights has launched a small program to help with the recovery from COVID-19, funded by the federal American Emergency Response Plan Act (ARPA). To further assist Citrus Heights businesses as they weather the negative economic impact of COVID-19, the City of Citrus Heights established the ARPA Small Business Recovery Assistance Program (the “Program”). The program provides grants to help businesses absorb the costs associated with the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and support business recovery. Available grants total $320,000.
Small Business Grant Application Online
The program provides up to $15,000 in grants to certain eligible businesses. There is limited funding for this program. Therefore, depending on the number of businesses applying, assistance may not be available to all eligible businesses. Applying is not a guarantee of funding. Selection of grant applicants will be at the discretion of the program managers. A random placement process may be used if you are subscribed to the program listed below. Allocation, amounts, eligibility and subsidies are at the discretion of the City Manager.

Applications are open from February 24, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. to March 26, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. (30 days). Unless otherwise excluded by applicable law, applications and application materials are public records. All information obtained by an applicant, whether obtained or performed in connection with grant-related activities, will be disclosed in accordance with the provisions of the California Public Records Act, unless otherwise specified. Examples of potential exceptions include social security numbers, tax identification numbers, or other security-related information.
All businesses that choose to receive assistance must sign a non-negotiable acknowledgment, waiver and release form prior to payment. The affidavit requires the applicant to declare that all information in the application is true and accurate and can be used as admissible evidence in any lawsuit against the company if the city seeks to revoke a grant awarded under false pretenses.
City Of Monroe Covid 19 Small Business Enterprise And Housing Payment
Grants are made by check in the name of the business. The City expects payment to eligible select small businesses by the end of April 2022. The City of Pittsfield announced that it has received a second round of small business recovery grants from the Department of Housing and Urban Development. The purpose of this grant is to provide funding to low or moderate income (LMI) business owners who have experienced significant business disruption due to the impact of Covid-19. The funding will help businesses stay open (if open according to government guidelines) and help them revive their businesses during the pandemic. These grants cover salaries, rent, inventory and other fixed costs for small businesses in the City of Pittsfield. Up to $10,000 in grants will be awarded to eligible businesses.
Special attention will be given to micro-enterprises and businesses owned by Black, Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC), women, veterans and LGBTQIA to ensure funding reaches the most vulnerable businesses in our city.

The Community Development Department administers the program by accepting applications, qualifying, preparing grant agreements and disbursing funds. At the request of the Department, the Pittsfield Economic Revitalization Corporation (PERC) reviews applications and recommends funding to the Department.
