Domain 1 Lesson 1 Entrepreneurship And Small Business V.2 – A spatial project is a “tool” (Langeard, 2015, p. 65) used to integrate tools based on a shared vision and operational goals within a space (Lauriol, Perret and Tannery, 2008; Emin and Schieb-Bienfait, 2013). With the introduction of enterprise management activities in the public sector, territorial projects became important in the search for the beauty of the landscape; at the same time, culture has grown significantly in these programs (Canova and Landel, 2017). Indeed, since the late 1980s, decision-makers have seen cultural development as a useful tool to enhance the beauty of a territory, economic development and diversity (Boquet, 1996; Giband, 1998, Plaza 2000).
To achieve their goals of enhancing the beauty of the landscape, these projects require the development of plans and the coordination of different players with different interests (Soldo, Arnaud, & Kermidas, 2013; Lanciano, Poisson, & Saleilles, 2016). It is therefore necessary to provide a guide to national decision-making bodies and those responsible for the implementation of territorial cultural projects. The question arises, how can the development of cultural activities and creative activities in the territory lead to the development of dynamism and how can business draw on this dynamism? Entrepreneurship doesn’t just involve local corporate events; Territorial development includes users, private actors and public authorities that manage the revitalization of the territory (Kustosz, 2018)…
Domain 1 Lesson 1 Entrepreneurship And Small Business V.2
This study provides the least research on the territorial economy. We used performance work to better understand local cultural projects, which we considered territorial enterprises. Through two studies of territorial cultural projects, we show how to create a territorial business. This paper contributes to the territorial entrepreneurship literature by identifying the role of stakeholders in strengthening territorial entrepreneurship and the emergence of this dynamic within a region.
